Equans is looking for a Facilities Administrator – Minor Works to join our team based in Stoke‑on‑Trent on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00, with a 30‑minute unpaid break. A competitive salary and benefits package is offered.
What will you deliver- Identify, monitor and report on risks
- Support the management of Work in Progress (WIP) and its impacts on billing
- Support governance within the contracts to ensure the requirements of the contract and EQUANS’s internal governance processes are complied with
- Aid quality of service by ensuring awareness of contractual responsibilities among all EQUANS colleagues
- Enforce commercial compliance (by audit and support against EQUANS’s Minimum Commercial Standards)
- Support the Commercial team in satisfying contract and company objectives
- Ensure all applicable jobs have quotes attached and are approved by the client before works are carried out on site
- Work within the operating environment to ensure EQUANS’s Code of Conduct is thoroughly understood, adhered to and promoted across the business to ensure safe, compliant and consistent working practices

- Suitable commercial / administrator experience within a similar industry sector
- Excellent communicator
- A foundation level understanding of risk analysis/management
- PC literate with knowledge of MS applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
