This vacancy is only open at this stage to internal employees of the above organisations within the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care System. The role will include attending to calls and enquiries, liaising with other teams and departments, booking meetings, and managing team requests, monitoring patient safety data and other associated admin and clerical tasks related to supporting a very busy multi-disciplinary team of professionals.
Responsibilities- Attend to calls and enquiries.
- Liaise with other teams and departments.
- Book meetings and manage team requests.
- Monitor patient safety data and perform associated admin and clerical tasks.
- Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and statistical records.
- Good communication skills, friendly and approachable.
- Broad and competent range of IT skills, including minute-taking and proficiency with Excel.
- Ability to establish and maintain various Excel spreadsheets and statistical records.

Salary and Working HoursThe post is a part-time, 30 hours per week, band 3 role, fixed‑term contract (secondments will be considered). £24,937 - £26,598 per annum pro rata.
