We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our organisation, particularly within the financial services sector. This position requires proficiency in basic mathematics and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to financial transactions and mortgage services
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and client files.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Manage incoming emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Support the finance team with data entry, reconciliation, and general administrative tasks
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
  • Liaise with internal teams to support smooth day-to‑day operations
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within financial services or a similar regulated environment
  • Strong basic mathematical skills to support financial calculations
  • Excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a small team
