Facilities Administrator - Minor Works
Location:
Stoke‑On‑Trent, England, United Kingdom
Contract:
6‑month fixed‑term, full‑time (37.5 hours per week, 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday with a 30‑minute unpaid break)
Salary:
Competitive, with benefits package.
- Identify, monitor and report on risks.
- Support the management of Work in Progress (WIP) and its impact on billing.
- Ensure governance of contracts and compliance with EQUANS’s internal processes.
- Aid service quality by promoting awareness of contractual responsibilities among colleagues.
- Enforce commercial compliance through audit and support of EQUANS’s Minimum Commercial Standards.
- Assist the Commercial team in meeting contract and company objectives.
- Guarantee all applicable jobs have approved quotes before site work commences.
- Promote EQUANS’s Code of Conduct across the business, ensuring safe and compliant practices.

- Commercial or administrative experience in a similar sector.
- Excellent communicator.
- Foundation level understanding of risk analysis/management.
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Evidence of right to work in the UK.
- Compliance with any disclosure checks as required.
