We are partnering with a reputable accountancy firm in Stoke to recruit an Accounts Semi Senior
.

This role offers the chance to work closely with owner-managed businesses
, helping them manage their finances, grow their businesses, and build long-lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare year-end accounts and financial statements for a range of clients

Produce management accounts and VAT returns accurately and on time

Process financial records efficiently and maintain up-to-date client books

Support clients with queries, correspondence, and general administration

Contribute to a friendly, collaborative team environment while developing your professional skills

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Currently studying AAT, ACA, or ACCA

Previous experience in practice accounting (essential)

Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage, Quick Books, Xero, or IRIS is a plus

Strong attention to detail
, excellent communication skills
, and a team-first mindset
