General duties for all store team members

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

Training
—Orientation and on-the-job training.

Communication Skills
—Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions / Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately perform tasks with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Work Conditions — Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather; in-store temperatures range from 36 to 90+ degrees; fumes from food odors; cornmeal dust; cramped quarters including walk-in cooler; hot surfaces up to 500 degrees; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Sensing — Talking and hearing; near and mid-range vision; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot vs. cold surfaces.
• Temperaments — Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make decisions.
• Physical Requirements — Standing; walking; sitting; lifting (up to 50 pounds with occasional heavier loads); carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching; manual dexterity for tools and equipment; use of pizza cutter and peel; driving where applicable for delivery roles.

Driving Specific Job Duties
—Deliver product by car to customers and deliver flyers/door hangers. Requires valid driver’s license and insured vehicle, and navigating designated delivery area with awareness of terrain and building types.

Essential Skills
—Navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses within delivery area; ability to navigate multiple delivery sites while carrying product.

• Carrying pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing as required.
• Delivering pizzas within a designated area; multiple deliveries per shift possible.
• Walking between store, vehicle, and customer location; navigation of stairs for multi-story deliveries when needed.
