Fitness And Training Manager

Do you have a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals? If so, we are looking for you to join our team as a personal training manager. As a personal training manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of personal trainers, creating personalized training programs for clients, and overseeing the training program budget. We are looking for someone with previous experience in the fitness industry as well as some prior experience managing people.

• Make sure everyone is following the rules and safety protocols set by the fitness center
• Coordinate with all teams to give each and every client an enjoyable and memorable service experience
• Recruit and train a staff of personal trainers and evaluate their performance
• Oversee and manage all financials related to the training program and stay within company budget
• Track client development and make appropriate modifications to training plans

Qualifications:

• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the client first and providing exceptional customer service
• A proven record of experience managing a team, preferably in the fitness industry, is preferred
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
• Must possess a current certification as a fitness instructor or personal trainer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and other team members Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
