Role Overview As a Leak Detector with our Stockton branch, you’ll be responsible for accurately locating water, sewer, gas, and structural leaks using advanced diagnostic equipment and proven testing methods. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in the field. You’ll play a critical part in identifying issues before repairs are performed, ensuring customers receive accurate, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.
** Responsibilities:
*** Use specialized equipment to locate water, sewer, gas, slab, and structural leaks
* Conduct diagnostic tests, including line location, pressure testing, smoke testing, infrared scanning, acoustic detection, and camera inspections
* Document findings clearly and thoroughly for both the customer and internal repair team
* Communicate inspection results and recommended next steps to customers with clarity and professionalism
* Work closely with the repair team to ensure accurate transfer of leak detection results and appropriate repair steps
* Follow safety procedures and industry best practices on every job
* Manage daily field schedule and complete jobs independently
* Convert leak detections into repair jobs with both integrity and sales acumen

*** Competitive hourly: $34-36/hr based on experience
