Access Control / Security Officer
Location:
Stockton, CA
Schedule:
On-Call / As Needed Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Requirement:
Must have a valid California Guard Card to qualify.
Position Summary
We are seeking professional and reliable Security Officers to provide access control and site security services. This position focuses on observing, reporting, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and control access to the facility
* Log inbound and outbound traffic and verify delivery paperwork
* Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols
* Inspect buildings, access points, and equipment
* Monitor truck yard activity to prevent unauthorized access
* Identify and report suspicious activity, hazards, or safety concerns
* Respond to incidents and emergencies in accordance with post orders
* Write detailed, accurate incident and daily activity reports (DARs)
* Enforce site rules, policies, and procedures
* Provide professional customer service and support to staff and visitors
Qualifications
* Valid CA Guard Card (required)
* Strong observation and communication skills
* Ability to write clear and detailed reports
* Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
* Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
* Ability to follow company policies and post orders
