Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and escalate concerns through the appropriate channels;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including building interiors, parking areas, and perimeter routes, to help to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor for and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations, completing required documentation and/or incident reports;
Communicate with Allied Universal leadership, client representatives, and/or local responders as needed to support site operations
