SLP Specialist INTL, INSLP

INSLP (Security & Loss Prevention) is hiring an SLP Specialist to support growth of the SLP MDR Concessions Abuse Program and help preventing losses via identification of abusive entity. The role requires deep collaboration with stakeholders from business and corporate functions and focuses on investigation, risk assessment and process improvement to eliminate concessions abuse while preserving customer trust.

• Implement and follow up on the Loss Prevention Plan in MDR Concessions.
• Conduct SLP audits, implement SOPs, perform surprise checks and maintain documentation at Last Mile stations.
• Review processes, analyze gaps and implement necessary improvements; perform weekly, monthly and quarterly assessments.
• Analyze loss trends in MDR Concessions with the SLP and CS teams; identify defects and work toward loss reduction.
• Investigate loss cases in collaboration with CS and support functions; meet weekly investigation targets and submit investigation reports.
• Share Root Cause Analyses and performance improvement initiatives on shrink and unmet goals.
• Conduct risk assessment and process audit for respective sites; adhere to security policies and guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Experience in security and loss prevention.
