Senior Business Account Executive, SMB Direct Sales (Outside Sales)

Join Comcast to sell Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid‑size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions such as PRI, Hosted PBX and multi‑location opportunities. Bring face‑to‑face sales presentations, promote bundled solutions and exceed departmental financial and unit targets.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop territory, build local business partnerships and enhance Comcast positioning and brand.
• Maintain accurate sales records and report on sales activity.
• Drive new acquisition of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, canvassing, referrals and partner relationships.
• Consultative process to improve prospects’ communication capabilities.
• Manage territory with high activity and comprehensive business plan.
• Team with technical, customer service and support staff to ensure end‑to‑end sales and satisfaction.
• Consistently maintain a qualified prospect pipeline to achieve quota performance.
• Stay knowledgeable of Comcast products and services.
• Adhere to company standards, professionalism, and punctual attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree.
• Relevant
  
  Experience:
  
  5‑7 years in outside sales for internet, data or communications services.
• Skills:
  
  Customer‑focused, workplace organization, persuasion, adaptability, technical knowledge, communication, resilience, critical thinking, problem solving, professional integrity.
• Certifications:
  
  Preferred; open to qualified applicants with equivalent experience.

Compensation

Base Salary: $65,000 + Targeted Commission – Total Target Compensation up to $.
