Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $18.25 USD per hour

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Assist guests to solve specific needs and answer questions about products, services, and store directions.
• Inform guests about current promotions, store activities and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
• Thank guests and express appreciation for their visit.
• Explain and assist with Target Loyalty programs (application or sign-up as needed).
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately in compliance with safety standards and best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Explain how to use features and offerings within the Target App, including Wallet.
• Direct guests to enroll, activate and use Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering features.
• Handle returns per policy and collaborate with leaders to resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and manage stock as needed during store hours.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance in all duties.
• Comply with safety policies and report hazards; support guest services such as OPU and Drive-Up while adhering to applicable laws and regulations.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Effective communication and a welcoming, helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and willingness to educate guests about products and services.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment; work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish tasks within established time frames.
• Physical ability to lift/move merchandise up to 44 pounds with or without assistance; ability to handle typical store environment tasks including standing and walking for long periods.
