Total Wireless is hiring a Prepaid Wireless Sales Representative to help customers choose prepaid wireless plans, smartphones, and accessories. If you enjoy talking to people, working with mobile technology, and earning commission, this is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced retail environment.

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

Recommend prepaid wireless plans, phones, SIM cards, and accessories

Explain device features, promotions, and service options

Process activations, payments, returns, and upgrades

Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales goals

Keep the store organized, clean, and customer-ready

Work well with a team to achieve store performance goals

6+ months of sales or customer service experience preferred

Wireless sales experience is a plus but not required

Strong communication and people skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

Basic knowledge of smartphones and wireless technology

Reliable, motivated, and coachable

High school diploma or equivalent

$16.50–$20.00 per hour + commission
