Position: Medical Director (DVM) – Leadership Opportunity + $100K Bonus Potential, Stockton, CA

Lead Veterinarian – Stockton, CA

A well-established small animal practice in Stockton, CA is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to step into a Medical Director role. This position offers the perfect balance of clinical practice and leadership, with the flexibility to shape medical protocols, mentor a talented team, and guide the hospital’s medical direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care for small animals
  • Lead, mentor, and develop veterinary and support teams
  • Establish and maintain medical protocols and standards of care
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Support hospital growth and uphold a positive, collaborative culture
Qualifications
  • DVM/VMD degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent)
  • Active veterinary license (or eligibility) in California
  • Proven leadership ability with a strong clinical background
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
