Competitive compensation of $181,749 - $254,499 with quarterly bonus

Regular hours of 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, including home visits
Rotating on-call schedule - a few nights or weekends per month, available by phone only

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least two years of experience working with the elderly. Must have prescriptive authority, DEA registration, and eligible to serve Medicare/Medi-Cal participants.

Salary base range for our center in Stockton, CA is $181,749 - $254,499/ year + additional potential incentives. Welbe Health offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
