We are seeking experienced CRNAs for a locum tenens opportunity in California , focused primarily on OB anesthesia with the option to add general OR cases . This role requires providers who are comfortable practicing independently in a high-responsibility setting. You'll be serving a diverse population, including both healthy and underserved patients.
Coverage Details:Coverage Type: Scheduled + On-Call
Shifts:
24-hour shifts consisting of:
12-hour OB day shift (7:00 AM 7:00 PM)
Followed by 12-hour in-house call (7:00 PM 7:00 AM) for emergency OB cases
Scheduling Notes:
Shifts cannot be consecutive
Option to combine with general OR shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) to maximize working time if preferred
3 5 C-sections per day
Labor Room Capacity: 12 beds
4 5 labor epidurals per day
CRNA autonomy required no supervision
Patient Population: Mix of healthy and underserved patients
Experience: Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience
OB-focused experience required
Certifications:
BLS Required
ACLS Preferred/Required (please confirm)
PALS Preferred
License: Active California License required at time of submission
Clean background and malpractice history (temps may be available)
High-acuity, independent CRNA practice
