Join Niagara Bottling as a member of our 15‑month Manufacturing Development Program (MDP). Gain cross‑functional experience across all plant departments and learn to lead people and processes in a beverage manufacturing environment.

• Rotate through plant departments (Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, Operations, Engineering, HR, Quality Assurance).
• Act as Plant Supervisor for 6 months to fully understand plant operations and leadership responsibilities.
• Lead and manage cost or time‑saving projects that impact the plant and Niagara.
• Travel up to 3 weeks to other plant locations.
• Attend department and manager meetings and present project outcomes to local and regional leadership.
• Participate in Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt training and projects.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs in a manufacturing environment.

• Minimum: 0 years experience in a manufacturing environment and managing people or projects.
• Preferred: 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment, 2 years managing people or projects, or internship experience.
• Education may include a combination of work experience and education; preferred a bachelor’s degree.

$70,304.00 - $88,677.87 / Yearly
