Coordinator, Maintenance Parts

Overview

Purchasing and inventory control for the Maintenance Department and DC Operations to ensure that the facility runs efficiently.

• Cycle counts to ensure parts are available when needed.
• Generate work orders through the MP2 (Maintenance Management) system.
• Receive and distribute supplies as needed.
• Enter inventory data into MP2 system.
• Send equipment out for repair.
• Record technician’s time on work orders and close them out.
• Download parts scanned out into MP2 system.
• Follow set safety procedures and guidelines to maximize personal safety.
• Maintain an organized work area and promote a safe working environment with the Maintenance Department.
• Follow all Company policies and procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Education: High School preferred.
• Experience: Four to six months in a purchasing/inventory environment. Must demonstrate basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows.

Able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Tasks require occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent walking, standing, moderate climbing, occasional sitting, stooping and kneeling. Must use PPE per Distribution Center requirements.

Work in a climate controlled environment but may have frequent exposure to distribution center (non-climate controlled). May be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, hazardous materials, and other conditions regulated by OSHA.

Shift work with willingness to work overtime, weekends and/or holidays.
