Key Responsibilities- Recruit, develop, and manage Regional Account Managers and Business Developers
- Assist in sales calls and manage post-purchase issues
- Lead strategic account planning and develop relationships through trade shows and presentations
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree preferred - 12+ years of mortgage industry experience required
- 10-12 years of B2B / B2C Sales Management experience required
- Significant Wholesale Account Executive / Sales Management experience required
