We seek a motivated, goal-oriented Manager to assume full responsibility for day-to-day management of our marina and RV resort in Stockton, California. The successful candidate for this position will:

• Manage customer service activities
• Hire, train, motivate and manage all employees
• Manage maintenance of docks, buildings, grounds and equipment
• Comply with all regulatory requirements
• Responsible for budgets, expenses and management reporting
• Ensure the safety and security of customers, guests and staff at all times

• At least five years’ experience in management or supervisory roles
• Possess strong leadership qualities
• Relevant experience in boating, leisure or hospitality industries
• Competent use of Microsoft Office, Quick Books and/or other standard business software applications
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient operation of standard shop and outdoor power equipment
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus
