The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of maintenance work while developing a safe, reliable, and high-performing team of Maintenance Technicians. This role ensures maintenance activities are planned, prioritized, and completed effectively while reinforcing standards, accountability, and communication.

The Maintenance Supervisor serves as the primary bridge between maintenance strategy and field execution. While technical knowledge is essential, this role is intentionally focused on leading people and managing work, not performing day-to-day repairs. This position normally works Monday–Friday, but longer hours and weekends will be required during the olive harvest season and as needed throughout the year. The harvest season typically lasts about 5 weeks but may extend.

• Lead, coach and support Maintenance Technicians across shifts. This includes ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Hold team accountable for meeting metrics and performance requirements utilizing Performance Notices, when applicable.
• Time management via UKG for all direct reports.
• Partnering with Department Manager, complete annual performance reviews.
• Set daily and weekly work priorities aligned with maintenance plans and production needs.
• Support onboarding, training, and skill development of technicians.
• Develop and reinforce expectations around safety, SOPs, documentation, and professionalism.

• Assign and coordinate daily maintenance work, PMs, and corrective tasks.
• Ensure work orders are clearly scoped, prioritized, and completed as planned.
• Monitor execution, remove roadblocks, and adjust priorities as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders and shift pass-downs in Fiix CMMS.
• Escalate risks, delays, or resource constraints to the Maintenance & Facilities Manager.
• Track and communicate maintenance KPIs to support daily execution and escalation.

• Support execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Verify PM compliance and quality of completed work.
• Identify recurring issues and support root cause analysis efforts.
• Reinforce standard work and consistency in maintenance practices.

• Enforce safety requirements including LOTO, PPE, and safe work practices.
• Conduct safety observations and reinforce expectations in the field.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Support audits, inspections, and corrective actions.

• Partner with Production, Quality, and Operations to support daily schedules.
• Communicate maintenance status, priorities, and constraints clearly.
• Support harvest readiness and peak production execution.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, food processing, or industrial environment.
• 1–2 years of experience in a lead, senior technician, or informal supervisory role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate work, support teammates, and follow established maintenance plans.
• Experience using a CMMS for work order execution and documentation (Fiix preferred).
• Strong communication skills and willingness to provide direction and feedback.
• Willingness to work extended hours during harvest or peak production periods.
