System Administrator - Information Technology

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to ensure the stability, security, and optimal performance of our IT infrastructure. In this role, you will manage and support our computer systems, servers, cloud environments, and data backup processes to ensure business continuity and strong organizational performance.

• Configure, maintain, and upgrade computer systems, servers, and cloud solutions.
• Install and configure hardware, software, and network components.
• Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot technical issues.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and permissions.
• Implement and maintain security measures-including MFA, patch management, and cyber awareness practices.
• Oversee regular data backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff across the organization.
• Ensure IT infrastructure operates efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business needs.

• Proven experience as a System Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, or macOS operating systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Exchange).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including MFA and security awareness initiatives.
• Familiarity with virtualization, storage solutions, and backup technologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Security+, Microsoft, Azure, SharePoint, Exchange) are a plus.
