This isn’t a desk job. We’re looking for someone who thrives in the field — walking job sites, coordinating tech teams, working with clients, and keeping projects running sharp and on time. We need a Project Manager — or a high-potential Jr. PM ready to step up — to own installations from proposal to punchlist.

• Project Leadership & Execution
• Run project kickoff meetings with clients and tech teams
• Manage daily schedules for crews, subcontractors, and equipment
• Review scopes, drawings, and plans for alignment with client expectations
• Track changes, handle client communication, and manage closeout

• Job Site Management
• Walk and inspect active construction and commercial sites
• Ensure teams have drawings, access, and goals set each day
• Track labor, productivity, and materials
• Maintain documentation and closeout reports

• Client & Vendor Coordination
• Be the primary client contact during installs
• Coordinate with GCs, superintendents, and trades
• Schedule inspections and ensure code compliance

• Workflow & Tools
• Use for scheduling & task tracking
• Maintain job folders in Share Point
• Join weekly Ops Syncs with Install and Engineering

• ✅ Have experience managing low-voltage or construction projects
• ✅ Understand CCTV, access control, cabling, and telecom fundamentals
• ✅ Communicate clearly — with clients, techs, and leadership
• ✅ Stay calm under pressure and thrive in organized chaos
• ✅ Can juggle multiple projects and lead techs confidently

• Experience with Hanwha, Avigilon, Exacq, Actuate, Camect, or PDK
• Can read blueprints, risers, and floor plans
• Familiar with ,
