Main duties of the jobOperational Matron - Band 7
We are looking to recruit and enthusiastic and experienced nurse into the above post. The post is 30.0 hours per week and will also support the wider care manager of the day rota across 7 days.
The post will include operational leadership of the District Nursing and Phlebotomy service.
The post holder will be required to travel between all community bases across both the Stockton and Hartlepool localities.

The main duties of the post include providing support to the District Nursing service North Tees including the phlebotomy service. The main areas of responsibility include absence management and ensuing patient safety and quality are of paramount importance.
The successful candidate will have sound communication and networking skills as they will be required to work closely with the local authorities and PCN's.
