Details
The Director of Clinical Services works to provide overall direction to the hospice clinical team. They are responsible for hiring qualified hospice personnel : the provision of hospice services, directly, and the delegation to and coordination of hospice personnel evaluations; and establishing standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines. The duties include but are not limited to :
- Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations.
- Review and monitor sales and service performances
- Support, build, and sustain a diverse team of talent who successfully and consistently deliver on objectives and goals.
- A dynamic leader who sets a high bar and inspires others to reach it.
- Ability to communicate clearly, establish and maintain effective relationships with team members to solve problems in an educational and cooperative manner.
Qualifications
- A strong leader with impeccable organizational, strategic, analytical and project management skills.
- A solid communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others.
- 5 years in the healthcare industry preferred
- 2 years of experience working in Leadership
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (in good standing) in the state(s) of practice with
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred
- Reliable transportation, driver's license and car insurance
