A contract opportunity is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide essential mental health services in a secure clinical setting in Stockton, CA. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as clinician-of-the-day during scheduled work shifts for patient emergencies
• Conduct patient interviews and psychosocial assessments to gather health history
• Identify actual and potential diagnoses and develop individualized care plans
• Apply advanced knowledge and clinical expertise in planning and executing behavioral health interventions
• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation in line with compliance standards
• Ensure follow-up care is coordinated and patient inquiries are addressed promptly
• Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care

Required Qualifications

• Experience:Minimum of 12 continuous months providing direct patient care within the past 3 years
• Certification:Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
• Identification:Valid photo , Drivers License, or Passport
