South Pacific Rehab Services – part of the Enhance Therapies family – is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full‑Time to join our growing team in a skilled nursing facility/long‑term care setting. • Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up‑to‑date

• Associate’s degree from an APTA‑accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
