Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must have a high school diploma
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must obtain CPR & First Aid certification
- Must provide a physician’s report and TB test or chest x‑ray within 10 days of hire
- $79 fingerprint for Community Care Licensing
- Must be fully vaccinated with booster and provide proof (booster pending acceptable)
- Experience recommended; we can train if none
- Assist with Daily Living
- Personal hygiene
- Bathing, grooming, oral and hair care
- Continence management (diaper change/toileting)
- Dressing
- Feeding
- Preparing meals
- Cleaning facility
- Documentation
- Behavior management
- Awareness of regulations/rules
- Full Time or Part Time
- Day Shift (6am‑2:30pm / 2:30pm‑10pm)
- Awakening Night Shift (10pm‑6am)
