AboutThe Role
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect becomes life‑changing medicines. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager, perform as a plasma donor screener, and conduct phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
How You Will Contribute- Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
- Screen new and repeat donors, record vital signs and finger‑stick results.
- Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company‑approved procedures.
- Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., occasional lifting up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- 90% of work tasks require prolonged glove wear due to exposure to blood borne pathogens (risk level
1). - 1+ year minimum experience in a customer or patient‑facing role is helpful.
- Current license or certification in the state where duties will be performed.
$19.00 U.S. starting hourly wage.
