• Base Salary: $87,000 – $108,000 annually (DOE)
• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
• Sign-on bonus up to $7,500 available
• Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
• Total compensation potential: $145,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence‑based interventions including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
• Educate patients and families on recovery, prevention, and long‑term wellness
• Accurately document services in EMR systems
• Collaborate with colleagues and staff to ensure excellent outcomes

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Current California PT license (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient‑centered care
