- Base Salary: $87,000 – $108,000 annually (DOE)
- Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
- Sign-on bonus up to $7,500 available
- Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
- Total compensation potential: $145,000+ annually depending on experience and performance
- $1,500 annual continuing education allowance + unlimited Med Bridge subscription
- 3 weeks of paid vacation (21 days annually)

- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence‑based interventions including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
- Educate patients and families on recovery, prevention, and long‑term wellness
- Accurately document services in EMR systems
- Collaborate with colleagues and staff to ensure excellent outcomes
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Current California PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient‑centered care
