Payments Monitoring Lead
Monitor payment traffic in real time, handling emergency alerts;
Reroute traffic fast and accurately according to instructions and the current state of payment providers;
Escalate drops and anomalies on processing traffic to payment providers and respective internal teams to solve issues;
Document changes on the payment provider's side and internal distribution (cashier including buttons order, providers distribution, on / off, payment flows, etc.);
Dive deep into the current payment flows, methods, existing monitoring, providers' prioritization, etc;
Announce critical changes in payment flow, closed shift report;
Control the quality of cashier setup across regions;
Manage 3 or more Payment Monitoring Specialists at a time, handling their performance reviews, shift timetables, days off and annual leave approval.
Requirements- 4+ years of experience at the same position or in Fintech, E-commerce, or PSP;
- Advanced Excel and other MS Office software user;
- Good understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, flows;
- Experience in written and oral communication with foreign customers or partners;
- Good understanding of payment and transactional systems and services;
- Experience in work with Grafana, Tableau is a plus;
- English at upper intermediate level (written, spoken);
- Ability to make decisions on payment distribution, disabling / enabling methods independently.
