We are seeking a Finance Manager for our Heavy Duty Truck Dealership at Interstate Truck Center - Stockton. This role is based in Stockton, CA and offers a competitive annual salary of $70,304.00, paid semi-monthly plus commission. The Finance Manager will play a crucial part in managing financial operations related to truck sales, customer financing, and dealership profitability.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the dealership’s finance and insurance functions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders.
- Assist customers with financing options and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with sales and service departments to facilitate smooth financing and sales processes.
- Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure profitability.
- Prepare financial reports and documentation as required.
- Proven experience in a finance or F&I manager role, preferably in heavy duty truck or automotive dealership environments.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, lending processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Document Truck Sales, Finance Reserve on a Monthly Truck Sales/Finance Reserve Spreadsheet; send copy to owners at end of month.
- Daily check for factory invoices.
- Input new factory invoices in Business System.
- Review new factory invoices for truck financing and reach out to sales for financing opportunities.
- Advertising-Maintaining Truck Paper and Commercial Truck Trader Portals.
- Upload New and Used Trucks for sale into the business system, input all specs and characteristics including pricing.
- Maintain Inventory list-daily if possible.
- Check for Sold trucks and remove advertising from the Truck Paper.
- Monthly used truck report.
- Weekly verify that company website is updating all available trucks for sale.
