As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for assisting all customers with orders pertaining to entries, invoicing, modifications, discrepancies, delivery status, and other inquiries. This individual will professionally communicate and interact with customers, brokers, and co-workers as they will act as the main point of contact. Customer service is a huge part of Kevin’s Natural foods long-term success and to that purpose we are committed to ensure customers are satisfied and accommodated in a timely manner.

Additionally, this role functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve Kevin’s Natural Foods.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide professional and outstanding customer service via email and phone.
• Responsible for entering all customers’ orders via email, fax, Ecomm and True Commerce while ensuring all orders are entered accurately in a timely manner.
• Communicate to appropriate parties, including brokers and internal/external customers regarding current orders such as adjustments, delivery issues and or concerns.
• Review and report order modifications.
• Collaborate with the logistics team regarding customer deliveries.
• Responsible for invoicing all orders through SAP and True Commerce.
• Responsible for responding to incoming customer/broker emails or phone calls.
• Maintaining and organizing all essential customer service paperwork, including filing.
• Other duties as assigned or necessary.

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service and or data entry role.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Time Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team, as well as individually.
• Commitment to company values.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ten key by touch
• Previous SAP or EDI experience preferred.
