Join a large multispecialty medical group as a Primary Care Physician in internal medicine. You will work alongside 5-6 IM docs and 2 APPs, providing comprehensive primary care services to patients in a clinic setting.
Duties:- Setting: Primary Care
- FTE: Full Time
- # Providers Needed: 1
- Required Procedures: Not required; perform procedures based on provider comfort level
- EMR: Cerner
- Support Staff: RN or LVN on site/own MA
This locum tenens position is to cover for a physician who is retiring, ensuring continuity of care for patients.
Additional Details:- Admissions per Day, Patients per Day: Outpatient only, approximately 16-18 patients per day
- Deal Breakers: Availability Monday - Friday with the ability to provide consistent coverage over a few months
- Board Certified or Board Eligible: Internal Medicine residency trained; will not accept Family Medicine
- CA License: Required
- Residency Requirements/Fellowship: Internal Medicine residency trained; fellowship preferred
- Clean Malpractice/Background: Preferred
