Senior Superintendent

Senior Superintendent – Stockton, CA – Garney Construction

• Drive job site safety and establish site safety expectations.
• Create 6‑week look‑ahead schedules and monitor overall project schedule.
• Coordinate with project management.
• Review job cost and manage labor quantities.
• Complete daily and periodic report updates.
• Oversee quality control.
• Manage subcontractors.
• Train craft workers.
• Mentor Superintendents.
• Pay range: $160,000 to $190,000

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of water and wastewater construction experience with a self‑performing general contractor.
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate.
