This is an Ongoing full-time opportunity to lead positive change and work with children and families who require coordinated social care support. This role offers the chance to engage dynamically with Child in Need plans, Child Protection plans, and those involved in PLO or court proceedings.

• Carry out meaningful assessments that identify strengths, needs, and risks, shape clear and child-focused plans.

• Lead and contribute to safeguarding enquiries, including responding to allegations of harm.
• Prepare clear, analytical reports and maintain high-quality case recording.
