What You Will Do:

Lead on a complex and demanding caseload, ensuring that interventions and services consistently work toward positive outcomes for children and families.

Work in partnership with families, partner agencies, and wider stakeholders to assess needs and develop effective intervention plans.

Provide expert guidance, support, and mentorship to junior and less experienced social workers, contributing to overall team development.

Carry out thorough assessments and deliver well-informed recommendations regarding care plans and safeguarding measures.

Keep meticulous, up-to-date records in line with statutory obligations and best practice standards.
