About The Company: We are working with a leading provider of heating, plumbing, electrica services across the North of England. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, coordinating with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure seamless execution.
  • Supervise and lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure all electrical installations comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies, maintaining a strong focus on health and safety.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating with suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical project management within the building services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving license.
