Conveyancer / Case Handler – New Build Team

Location:

Teesside, TS18 3DB
(office-based for first 3 months, then hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days WFH)

Hours:

Full-time, Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00

Start Date:

ASAP (flexible)

Salary: up to £30k base + competitive uncapped bonus (£8-10k+ p/a once established)

• Manage a caseload of New Build transactions from start to finish
• Provide guidance and updates to clients, developers, introducers & agents
• Draft contracts, reports, completion packs, statements & invoices
• Maintain systems and third-party portals (we use Proclaim)
• Build lasting relationships with referrers through excellent service
• Work to exchange and revenue targets with a focus on five-star client feedback

• Experience handling/supporting conveyancing transactions
• Must have hands-on experience with:
• Source of Funds checks (reviewing bank statements, conducting checks directly)
• Searches and sale enquiries (confident in writing up reports, not just ordering)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent telephone manner - confident in explaining the conveyancing process to clients and building and managing relationships with developers
• Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
• Familiar with case management systems (Proclaim a plus)
• Passionate about delivering great service and achieving results
