Qualifications:

* SMSTS (essential)

* CSCS

* First Aid at Work (essential)

Experience:

* Proven experience working as a Finishing Foreman or Site Manager

* Strong background in fit-out and finishing stage works

* Experience working on commercial or industrial projects

* Comfortable managing works through final stages to completion

Key

Skills:

* Strong site coordination and organisational skills

* Confident overseeing day to day site activities

* Good understanding of quality control and snagging processes

* Strong health and safety awareness

* Clear communication with site management and subcontractors

* Ability to manage programme priorities during finishing stages

The Opportunity
We are recruiting for an experienced Finishing Foreman/ Site Manager to support the final stages of an £11m new build maintenance facility in Stockton. The role will focus on overseeing finishing works, coordinating trades, maintaining site standards and supporting the project team through to completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee day to day site activities during finishing stages

* Coordinate and manage site trades and subcontractors

* Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times

* Monitor quality and progress of works

* Support snagging, close-out and handover activities

* Liaise with the senior site team on progress and issues

* Maintain basic site records and reporting

* Identify and resolve site issues as they arise

* Carry out any other reasonable duties to support successful project delivery
