We are VCG, an established network infrastructure specialist. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team based at our Bredbury office. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand and expanding our digital footprint.
You’ll support the day-to-day sales and marketing activities, contributing to a variety of digital marketing and content initiatives. From assisting with campaign planning to content creation, you’ll play a hands‑on role throughout, helping bring ideas to life and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities- Content Development & AI‑Enhanced Creation:
Produce compelling content in diverse formats such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media to engage and convert target audiences while making use of the latest AI technology. - Brand & Positioning:
Support brand consistency to ensure a consistent tone, style, and messaging across all digital platforms. - Demand Gen & Campaigns:
Support end‑to‑end planning, creation, and delivery of integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and capture leads aligned with sales pipeline goals. - Thought Leadership Development:
Create and amplify high‑value content, whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and speaking opportunities to strengthen brand authority and engage target audiences. - Product & Sales Enablement:
Assist in creating sales enablement content for our product portfolio, delivering impactful sales tools, presentations, and collateral that accelerate lead conversion and support pipeline growth. - Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with sales, product, customer success, and external partners to ensure seamless execution and unified messaging. - Performance Analytics:
Monitor campaign effectiveness through data‑driven insights, providing actionable recommendations via dashboards and regular reporting. - Content development on Panda Doc:
Own the content management on Panda Doc, VCG’s sales quoting platform. - Stay up to date with digital trends and share suggestions to enhance VCG’s online presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
- 2+ years of marketing experience.
- Experience in Hub Spot is desirable.
- Copywriting and content skills with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and tone of voice.
- Strong attention to detail with good copywriting and visual design skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work well both within a team and independently.
