Location: Stockport & Manchester City area

• Identify organisations who could be a good fit with relevant roles
• Reach out to decision makers (emails / cold calling)
• Arrange meetings in person to discuss opportunities (employers have no recruitment fees to pay)
• Discuss reasonable adjustments for your clients
• Coordinate work trials, interviews and placements
• Support participants through job searching, CV writing and interview preparation (approximately 8×1.5‑hour meetings per week)
• Track activity and outcomes to meet caseload targets

• Preferred experience in sales or working with learning disability or autism clients
• No prior sales experience required (full training and support provided)
• Must have a valid driving licence and access to a car (mileage and parking are paid)
• No home working – community based in cafés, libraries and community centres with one day per week in the charity's Stockport office for admin and team support
