Role overview

As an Assistant Store Manager at Vision Express, you’ll support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store. This can include managing the team, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.

You’ll assist with administrative tasks such as stock ordering and management, cash handling and reporting. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive and productive work environment, ensuring the store meets the business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in daily store operations.
  • Manage the team, ensuring excellent customer service and sales targets.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
  • Handle stock ordering, cash handling, reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Create a positive and productive work environment.
