About The Role:

We are seeking dedicated and skilled IV-competent nurses to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering safe and effective patient care, with a focus on intravenous therapy administration. You will be responsible for initiating, monitoring, and maintaining IV lines, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, and supporting multidisciplinary teams in acute and outpatient settings.

• Safely insert, manage, and monitor IV lines.
• Administer IV medications and fluids according to protocols.
• Assess patients for IV-related complications and intervene promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control standards.

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with valid license.
• Demonstrated competency in IV therapy (certification preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment and patient safety focus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work across different shifts and units.
