Role DescriptionThe Digital Marketing Executive supports the delivery of high-quality registrations and engaged audiences for Peach’s portfolio of B2B conferences, awards, and live experiences. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, with responsibility for CRM execution, marketing automation, delegate registration journeys, and on-site event management & delivery. The role reports into the Head of Brand and Marketing for Peach 20/20.
Key Responsibilities Audience & Registration Delivery- Support delivery of delegate registration targets across events (both quality and quantity).
- Build and manage email-led registration journeys from launch to close
- Proactively maintain and update VIP audience segmentation (role, seniority, sector) across Top 500 brands/companies.
- Support VIP and senior audience recruitment through targeted campaigns
- Manage registration deadlines, pricing phases, and urgency messaging
- Track engagement levels/opt outs/recency of data/activity levels
- Manage onsite registration tech/badge deployment /welcome desk and event guest experiences
- Execute campaigns in Zoho CRM/automation platform
- Build and maintain event email campaigns and automated workflows
- Ensure CRM data hygiene and GDPR compliance
- Support integration between CRM and registration platforms
- Support the head of Marketing on Linked In activity and Instagram channels
- Publish speaker announcements, agenda highlights, and awards promotions, partner announcements on the Peach website and via social channels
- Drive traffic to event registration pages
- Work with the Head of Marketing to create post event surveys and track audience satisfaction/feedback
- Actively scrape/seek and store testimonials and reviews that support future marketing activity. Also report back on any negative/constructive feedback.
- Monitor email and social performance
- Suggest optimisation/new ideas to improve results
- 2+ years digital marketing experience (B2B preferred)
- Confident using Linked In for professional audiences
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken English/comms skills
- Work on high-profile B2B events and awards
