• Turning client briefs into smart, audience-led media plans that deliver real results
• Leading conversations with senior clients and building trusted relationships
• Managing budgets, forecasts, and campaign performance
• Negotiating with media owners to get the best value and added extras
• Using data and insights to shape strategies and improve outcomes
• Supporting and mentoring planners and buyers to keep standards high

• Strong knowledge of the full media mix—TV, BVOD, digital, social, radio, OOH
• Commercially savvy with a focus on value and results
• Confident communicator who can explain media in a clear, engaging way
• Organised, detail-focused, and calm under pressure
• Proactive and solutions-driven, always looking for better ways to do things
• A supportive leader who builds trust and positive team culture
