Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Materials Manager to lead plant-level materials, warehouse, and supply chain operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery while balancing cost, cash, and service.
Key responsibilities as Materials Manager will be to:

- Lead plant materials operations including inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse management, and NPI supply chain activities
- Provide leadership to demand and supply planning.
- Drive adherence to global supply chain processes (SIOP, PIPO, NPI) and operational excellence standards
- Ensure on-time delivery performance and achievement of key Supply Chain and Warehouse KPIs
- Act as Supply Chain representative in plant meetings, driving MOS actions and continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Finance and Planning teams
- Ensure compliance with company standards.
- Lead, develop and retain a high-performing plant materials team
The successful candidate
- Experienced in materials, supply chain or warehouse management, gained in manufacturing.
- Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, WMS) and advanced MS Office
On offer:

- A salary to 60,000
