Do you have supervisory/management experience within manufacturing and have worked within the joinery/shopfitting industry previously?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving, design-led manufacturing business recognised for its craftsmanship, quality, and complete turnkey service. You ll oversee all aspects of manufacturing, technical, and site operations within a growing company that has established itself as a market leader in bespoke joinery and interior fit-outs.

You'll work closely with senior leadership, taking ownership of production planning, people management, and project delivery, while driving improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety.

You ll have the autonomy to make meaningful operational decisions and the support to continue developing your leadership and technical expertise in joinery manufacturing.

This position would suit somebody from a joinery/shopfitting background looking for an interesting and varied role.

• Lead & Manage all workshop activities
• Oversee production planning, capacity management, and contract coordination to meet customer requirement
• Oversee quality and health & safety

• Previous experience within joinery / shopfitting
• Previous management experience within manufacturing
