Our primary focus lies in developing (new build and conversion) residential and industrial projects and managing a large and diverse mixed-use portfolio. The portfolio includes around 7,500 residential units / plots and commercial/industrial assets exceeding £2 billion in value.

The Commercial Development Manager will oversee the life cycle of the redevelopment of the individual asset. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the redevelopment process from planning, project management, feasibility studies, financial control, risk management.
